  1. You mean people actually expected a newspaper columnist to write something positive about soccer? Did everyone forget what country they live in?

  2. Good point Dave. I suppose the hope was a fresh start would lead to a fairer perspective from the media. After all, in places like DC and Houston, the coverage seems to be pretty good and that’s benefited all parties.
