They're both former insiders who have had to compete against the Fire in recent years. This line: " I wasn’t brave enough to make that decision" is very honest and revealing. About you and your character and, of course, about the history of the team. I think that's why you've had so much success. You communicate honestly so people know that you mean what you say. So, if you were the GM again, whom would you offer an invitation to interview for the job now? Klinsmann? Klopas? Wynalda? Or someone completely from left field?
