		<description>I love scenes like this. I used to see them all the time in my travels in South America a few years ago. I even watched Chelsea win the Premiership live on TV in a place like this in Brazil, in 2005 - which as it was a mid-afternoon game (against Bolton), I couldn&#039;t do back in England!</description>
