Even when the Timbers come into the league, I’ll still have a special place in my heart for the Fire. Much respect and my sincere condolences to the team and the supporters. You’ll be back next year!

We use PVC pipes for flagpoles.

I think the last two games definitely raised the bar for the Fire, fans and F.O. alike. We’ve seen what is possible, we just have to be that good consistently and we will have teams all over the continent dreading our stadium and envying our support.

Last night, walking through the parking brought a smile to my face. It was as festive and packed as I’ve ever seen it. Whole families were tailgating, you saw 3-4 generations in some cases decked our in red.
It reminded of what Klopas said, that when he arrived to the Chicago. He couldn’t find a team to play for. Saturday nightt I saw dozens little boys and girls playing soccer together. I even saw one successful cuahteminha pulled off by a six year old. It gave me hope for the future of the game in Chicago and in the country. As great as this was, we still have a long way to go and it’s still only the beginning.

epic disappointment. the last two games have been instantly two of the most memorable ever held at TP.

much respect to Tom for all the work he has put in on the Board and for providing our Club (including Section8) a platform of worldwide exposure on this site.

Thank you, Marty, your photos and video have done a lot this season and we can do more next year. And I wasn’t kidding about the concern about your brothers after the game on Saturday from so many people, we have a wonderful community going here and we need to keep on looking out for each other.
