This is perhaps a minor thing to comment on but Laurent's recollection of how ordinary the goal was at the time, reminded me of the member's of Miles Davis' group when they recalled the experience of making "Kind of Blue". Although, "Kind of Blue" is arguably the most famous jazz recording of all time, for the musicians at the time, it seemed like just another recording date in the studio.
