		<description>I would love to see some positive changes to come out of this, but i&#039;v very skeptical. It will be very tough to break up the old boys soccer network. 

Just in case somebody have missed this story:
The English FA are reported to have agreed to visit Trinidad and Tobago to play a friendly against the ‘Soca Warriors’ (good job finding a way to put money in Jack pockets)
