The most remarkable thing about my mother is that for thirty years she served the family nothing but leftovers. The original meal has never been found.

1906 Supporters are class, I wish them all luck in getting their team back. Kezar is a sweet place to take in a match and I'm looking forward to more road trips down to SF to watch the Timbers vs Victory!

"Though if Dmitry has pulled the plug, can’t they get a real badge instead of the photoshopped version of Alaves’?"

That's reportedly coming when the new ownership arrives. Likely new colors and a new badge, which means the replacement will probably be some Totally Awesome! generic logo involving a soccer ball and goofy font.

This is terrific, and as a former San Franciscan, I wish them all the luck in the world. In my day, it was all about driving down 280 to see the 'Quakes and going to Balboa Park on Sunday morning. The less said about the indoor Fog and Spiders the better.

Though if Dmitry has pulled the plug, can't they get a real badge instead of the photoshopped version of Alaves'?

Heh, that is definitely the Mike we know and love. While most of us have been gearing the 1906 for the Quakes season, he's really keeping the efforts for the Vics alive.

Much love and support to the 1906 Supporters and the CVSA from all of us up here in Portland, OR. I'm certainly no designated spokesman for the Timbers Army/North End Ultras but I feel confident saying that we're all pulling for you up here. We're looking forward to seeing the Vickeys and their support roll into PGE Park one day for a serious tailgate (and a Timbers win, of course!), it'll be epic!
