Five years might even be seen as lenient by some; whilst I can't condone the Serbian fans responding to taunts and missiles, the fact that the Albanian fans didn't even have a team in the game only makes it clear how pre-meditated their own violence was. In that case, the two teams refused to play each other and the final never happened. That was probably just as well because the the tournament was played about a block from my house and I wouldn't have liked to been caught up in the fireworks that might have resulted from it.
