Remember the Goldstone

FalmerBrighton and Hove Albion’s long struggle to build a new ground, having been without a permanent home for over a decade, took a considerable step towards reality when the government finally approved planning permission for them to build a stadium in Falmer.

I’d like to wrap up the entire saga, but I don’t have time and the subject is actually rather too close to me to do it objective justice. So instead, here’s a bunch of links to good stories on the subject. It’s well worth delving into, because the story has shown the full extremes of the good, the bad and the ugly in English football off the field since the 1990s.
