		<description>I agree that signing up is a lot easier than actually paying.  They do seem to be taking it very seriously and setting up rules, getting legal advice, etc, so hopefully it won&#039;t be a complete farce and take down some poor nonleague club in flames.</description>

		<description>Not to mention the fact that a good portion of those 45,000 signed up will never pay.  I&#039;d love to see how the team would do but it would be a circus and I think it would just collapse without a great set of rules for everything.  Hope to see it work out but I have a lot of doubts about it.</description>
