Pitch Invasion

The United States are currently participating in South America’s Copa America tournament in Venezuela. The above picture was taken at a U.S. training session yesterday. The field is about thirty minutes outside the city of Maracaibo, where the hotel they are staying at is located. The U.S. team is always accompanied by armed military guards, such as the one pictured in the photo above watching the perimeter during training.
