Speaking of Subpar Media…

The post-game jersey trade is a tradition with which every soccer fan is familiar. Unless you’re a reporter for Fox Soccer Channel. No purpose here other than to point out some priceless comedy, but the clip does make a point: if this is what happens at one of the few soccer-concentrated media outlets in the United States, is it any wonder how the rest of the coverage turns out?

Enjoy.

  1. Right now, Fire fans would also like to delude themselves into thinking Jesse Marsch still played for Chicago.

The look on Jesse’s face is just priceless.

  2. Haha. Well he DID play for the Fire for years, so its an honest mistake, I suppose.
